By using this website, booking a consultation, purchasing a resource, attending training, downloading materials, or engaging with any services provided by Avictus, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. 1. About Us

All services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to update, change, remove or discontinue any service, resource, event or training option at any time.

3. Training & Consultation Bookings

Bookings are confirmed once payment has been received where applicable and confirmation has been issued by Avictus. Some services may require an initial consultation, discovery call or discussion before a booking is confirmed. Please ensure all booking information provided is accurate, including your contact details, training requirements, attendee information and any relevant access or safety considerations.

4. Payments

All prices shown are in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise. Payment terms may vary depending on the service, training session, event, resource or programme. Where payment is required in advance, your booking or purchase may not be confirmed until payment has been received. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. Where instalment or payment plans are offered, payments must be made on the agreed dates. Failure to complete payments may result in cancellation of future sessions, access to resources or services.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a consultation, training session, event or service, please provide as much notice as possible. Unless otherwise stated for a specific service, cancellations made with more than 48 hours’ notice may be rescheduled, cancellations made within 48 hours may be non-refundable, and missed appointments, late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full. Corporate training, bespoke training, workshops, events, group sessions and digital resources may have separate cancellation terms, which will be provided at the time of booking or purchase where applicable. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel services where necessary. If this happens, an alternative date or refund will be offered where appropriate.

6. Digital Resources & Downloads

Where digital resources, guides, PDFs, downloads or online materials are purchased through the website, access will usually be provided by email, download link or another digital delivery method. Due to the nature of digital products, purchases may be non-refundable once the resource has been accessed, downloaded or delivered, unless otherwise required by law. You are responsible for ensuring the email address and purchase details you provide are accurate. You should not take part in any activity that causes pain, discomfort or concern. We reserve the right to adapt, pause or refuse participation where we believe it may not be appropriate or safe.

10. Corporate & Workplace Training

Corporate and workplace training sessions are tailored based on information provided during consultations, discovery calls or booking discussions. The client is responsible for providing accurate information about the audience, setting and training objectives, providing suitable facilities where applicable, informing us of any relevant access, health and safety, safeguarding or workplace requirements, ensuring staff participation is appropriate and voluntary where required, and ensuring attendees understand the nature of the training being delivered. We reserve the right to adjust the session structure where necessary for safety, suitability or practical delivery.

11. Events & Workshops

Participation in events, workshops and group sessions is voluntary. Attendees are responsible for their own wellbeing, conduct, travel arrangements, insurance where appropriate and personal belongings. We are not responsible for travel disruptions, lost or damaged belongings, or personal injury caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control. Specific event or workshop terms may apply and will be provided separately where relevant.
